Instructor Sean Collins: Bio
Sean Collins has been a life long athlete with accomplishments
in a large variety of sports including soccer, football
and boxing. With a record of 13-0 as a super heavyweight
amateur boxer, he then turned down a series of offers to
turn pro and pursued a career in call center management
where he has spent over 10 years building experience as
a coach and team manager.
In his spare time, Sean is passionate about learning new
training techniques and incorporates Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
and Russian kettlebell exercises to a varied training regimen.
As a Can Fit Pro personal trainer, Sean’s infectious
sense of humour and his 17 years of sports specific training
experience offer high energy, positive workouts that are
fun and effective.
