AGATSU JOINT MOBILITY & MOVEMENT

 INSTRUCTOR COURSE

MASTERS OF MOVEMENT

Toronto June 25th & 26th 2011

Location: Academy of Lions 1245 Dundas St. West

Joint Mobility & Body Weight training have been a part of the Agatsu system since its inception. Through years of study of various health and martial arts systems Shawn Mozen created a Joint Mobility program that became the corner stone to all of his training. With the simple idea that we must first learn to master our own bodies before we could learn to overcome the resistance offered by weights the Agatsu Masters of Movement program was developed.

What you can expect to from the instructor course weekend:

  • Explore the fundamentals of joint mobility training and their role in preventing injury.
  • Learn how to incorporate specific body weight exercises to develope connectivity and control that can later be applied in sport or weight training.
  • Learn various breathing techniques and their relation to movement and health.
  • Devolpe greater range of motion through the use of tools such as Kettlebells, poles and bands.
  • Receive a instructors manual covering the essential bodyweight and joint mobility exercises that make up the Agatsu Mobility & Movement Certification.
"Before you lean to overcome resistance you must first eliminate it within your own body." Shawn Mozen
