Workout of the Week

Looking for a quick workout today? Try the following circuit. Perform four times with one minute rest between rounds.

30 seconds two hand swings
30 seconds around the body pass with a stall
30 seconds clean and press (right arm)
30 seconds clean and press (left arm)
30 seconds forward lunge with Kettlebell held overhead in the right arm step forward with your left leg. (step forward and back and repeat for 30 seconds)
30 seconds forward lunge with Kettlebell held overhead in the left arm step forward with your right leg. (step forward and back and repeat for 30 seconds)
30 seconds two hand swing
30 seconds front squat with Kettlebell in the bottoms up position.
