"Shawn is without a doubt one of the most talented trainers out there. His Kettlebell and bodyweight training is far and beyond anything else I have seen. No matter what my schedule, whenever I am in Montreal I make sure to book some time with him."

"Shawn's Kettlebell training program is one of the best workouts I have ever had. Having a full time job and being a pro fighter gives me limited time to train which gives me serious choices to make! When it comes to getting in shape and getting ready to face someone in the ring who may be training 4 hours a day, Shawn's unique kettlebell work outs have played a big part in my strength and endurance work outs. Without his help, I don't believe I could compete at such a high level due to my busy life style."

"Hi, it was great meeting you and doing the course with Shawn. The kettlebell course was excellent! Shawn was a very informative instructor and the pace was just right. We also enjoyed his sense of humour!

As a fitness club owner and Personal Trainer I can really see how this tool will benefit my clients by giving them full body kinesthetic awareness and some variety in their training. As a martial artist and strength and conditioning coach for martial artists and athletes I immediately noticed what a great tool this will be. Especially the drive from the hips!

Here are a few of the highlights for me- getting some great joint mobility training, learning proper technique and having my mind engage in how I can use this tool for both my training and that of the clients and athletes I train. I am really looking forward to meeting Shawn again and training further! Keep swinging boys!!!"

I attended my first Agatsu certification in April of this year. I was amazed at how much knowledge and practical training Shawn provided. He is open minded, has a great sense of humor combined with incredible physical skills. Since attending Shawn’s AKC, I‘ve used kettlebells extensively with my clients as part of their training.

They just love it and can immediately see how efficient a conditioning tool it is.

I use the kettlebells myself as part of my training and can attest that they have really benefited me as an athlete.

I recommend the AKC to anyone who wants to add an efficient tool to their training.

I love using the Kettlebells in my workouts and in my clients' training. Why? Because it's effective, powerful, dynamic and contribute to rehabilitate the whole body. But most of all : it is so much fun! Thank you Shawn for providing us with clear and efficient instructions on how to use the Kettlebells and make it available for everyone.

"With my Kettlebell I can train any time and anywhere." Chris V.

"This is too much fun to be exercise! This is the best legs and butt workout I have ever done." Alison Kahn

“I have been convinced for quite some time that Kettlebells are what I need to improve my life. My only real problem was that I didn’t know how to use them. I purchased the books and videos, but still something was missing. I knew that my form was lacking, but I had no way of knowing what was wrong. So I went on a search for a Certified RKC. That is when I found Shawn Mozen in Montreal. At first I was embarrassed and afraid as most beginners are, but with his charisma and great teaching ability, I was put at ease and to work. The lifts that I thought were easy became feats of strength to master. Then there were the lifts that I was afraid of, became safe and possible. The amazing part was that he helped improve my form within a very short period of time. One of the other important features about Shawn is that he helped to inspire me to do better. He is a great coach for any serious athlete looking to improve their life as well as their sport. I will continue to ask Shawn for advice and support for a long time to come.” Chris Wheeler. I do a good bit of business travel and found Agatsu on a recent trip to Montreal. Just learning kettlebell training at the time, I needed some guidance. Shawn did a fantastic job of diagnosing some bad form and teaching me new tricks. The Agatsu facility is clean and professional. It will be a regular stop for me on future trips.

I'm a fifty-year old Police Detective in Rochester, NY, a fitness
enthusiast, and admittedly a kb fanatic. I'm always looking to improve my
technique and vary my routines, and thus recently received Shawn Mozen's
"Second Wind" (along with" Iron and Ice") DVD. Even at 50, I'm in excellent
condition, and can still keep up with the younger cops. The routines on
Second Wind kicked my butt! I found myself having to get my "second wind"
between exercises within the circuits that Shawn does. So my goal is to get
to the advanced kb routine and keep up, which I plan on doing in the near
future, with persistence. As an added note, his bodyweight routines are no
joke either. I thank Shawn for the inspiration and motivation. The
investment in the DVD is well worth the price. Sincerely,

Hey Shawn. The DVDs are great. They've given me some new ideas
about sequencing, and variety. I never thought to put windmills in an
endurance set, but they're a great stabilizing test to do after some of the
more explosive stuff. I came up with a pretty wicked endurance circuit
sequence for myself Ian and Evan, that kept us working optimally. One guy
would do the intermediate kettlebell second wind workout immediately
followed by 10 swings with the 53lb and right away the beginner bodyweight
workout modified with some pilates repertoire and elliptical pushups, while
guy 2 would begin the kettlebell, then bodyweight etc., etc. etc. like in a
musical round. Three sets of that and then chin ups and we were toast.

Thanks. And keep up the good work.
