What weight should you start with?
An average woman would start out with an 18lbs Kettlebell
and then advance to a 24lbs one. Remember that you are using
your entire body to move the weight so even though 18lbs
sounds heavy it will be manageable on swings even if it
is a challenge for you to press. For a woman who is very
fit a 35lbs Kettlebell would be a more appropriate challenge.
