Jason is a Certified Kinesiologist with a degree from the University of
Waterloo. He has extensive experience working in the rehabilitastion field,
specializing in sports and motor vehicle accident related injuries. As a
personal trainer, Jason incorporates Kettlebells into his clients workouts
as well as more traditional strength and endurance training to get maximum
