Born
in Val-d'Or, Qc, Sebastien has always been the kind of guy
who trained hard to attain his goals . At the age of seventeen
he joined the Canadian Forces as a combat engineer. After
getting back in Quebec from his certification courses, he
got into a biathlon team to represent his units. He spent
five years training full time and competing as a professionnal
athlete. During those years, he followed a Fitness, Health
and Nutrition programm. He also got a Naturopathe diploma
from the CTA college.He is now Canadian Kettlebell instructor
and available to coach those who wants to get LEAN 
AND
MEAN with kettlebells workouts. Don't hesitate to call him
if you are around Quebec city!
