**Second Wind Kettlebell DVD Reviews**
I'm a fifty-year old Police Detective in Rochester, NY,
a fitness
enthusiast, and admittedly a kb fanatic. I'm always looking
to improve my
technique and vary my routines, and thus recently received
Shawn Mozen's
"Second Wind" (along with" Iron and Ice")
DVD. Even at 50, I'm in excellent
condition, and can still keep up with the younger cops.
The routines on
Second Wind kicked my butt! I found myself having to get
my "second wind"
between exercises within the circuits that Shawn does. So
my goal is to get
to the advanced kb routine and keep up, which I plan on
doing in the near
future, with persistence. As an added note, his bodyweight
routines are no
joke either. I thank Shawn for the inspiration and motivation.
The
investment in the DVD is well worth the price. Sincerely,
Investigator Robert J. Urtis

Hey Shawn. The DVDs are great. They've given me some new
ideas
about sequencing, and variety. I never thought to put windmills
in an
endurance set, but they're a great stabilizing test to do
after some of the
more explosive stuff. I came up with a pretty wicked endurance
circuit
sequence for myself Ian and Evan, that kept us working optimally.
One guy
would do the intermediate kettlebell second wind workout
immediately
followed by 10 swings with the 53lb and right away the beginner
bodyweight
workout modified with some pilates repertoire and elliptical
pushups, while
guy 2 would begin the kettlebell, then bodyweight etc.,
etc. etc. like in a
musical round. Three sets of that and then chin ups and
we were toast.
Thanks. And keep up the good work.
