TESTIMONIAL:

"Hey Sara, I just wanted to thank you again for the mobility cert we did over the weekend. I expected it to help my oly lifting because there were a lot of areas in mobility where I needed to improve like the hips, shoulders and sometimes knees as well. However the techniques you and Shawn showed me have helped me WAY MORE then I thought possible! My front squat, and back squat have both gone up by 20 kg each, along with a substantial increase in my snatch and clean & jerk, and these gains all happened within four days of completing the cert! One factor that held me back was the tightness of my hips because i wasn't able to get low enough in my squat to rebound properly off the bottom, but now that i know how to explore some key joints like the hips knees and shoulders properly, new maxes feel like nothing special anymore haha! Thank you so much! " Justin Santos-Toronto
