Rise Up Surf and Yoga Camp Retreat Tours || Welcome to the paradise of Rise Up from Rise Up Surf Nicaragua on Vimeo.

Nicaragua Feb 10-17, 2018

Join us for 6 days in paradise. Agatsu Power and Grace is about breaking down the barriers that women face and connecting with our physical selves in a positive way through an exploration of healthy nutrition, stress management and exercise.

Women face a myriad of pressures to stay fit, trim their waistline, and build that perfect body by jumping on the latest fitness and diet trends. There is so much contradictory information it is easy to get lost in the mix. Weight training and gyms can also be intimidating for women, sometimes not knowing what to do or if you fit in. Many approaches to health and fitness solely focus on the aesthetic, whereas what we put into and do with our bodies should be about so much more – namely maximizing our health and happiness to live long and fulfilling lives with the ones we love the most.

The event will be led by senior Agatsu instructors Sara-Clare Lajeunesse and Paluna Santamaria.
