The lizard crawl is a staple at the Agatsu Joint Mobility and Movement certification seminars. This simple but highly effective exercise is an excellent hip opening stretch. Our hips get tight from spending long days sitting at work and also from the sports and workouts we participate in such as sprinting and weightlifting. It is essential that you work on your hip mobility regularly if you want to move better and without pain.
