Before you grab a Kettlebell and try to follow an online Kettlebell workout for beginners or the latest DVD you need to know the basics. One of the most important and often overlooked Kettlebell essentials is how you should hold one. As I travel around the world giving Kettlebell seminars I have seen untrained people with twisted bent wrists trying to Press, Snatch and Clean their way to a better body but what they are really doing is hurting themselves.
Take the time to learn the importance of the 45% handle placements and you will reduce your risk of wrist injury and enjoy your training more.
