Each week we will release a new video movement challenge on our blog and Instagram accounts. These movements are not simply show off tricks that have become so popular on social media but rather they are meant to shine a light on your personal practice. We truly are only as strong as our weakest links and you need to challenge yourself to try new movements to discover what those weak links are. While many people are frustrated by movements that they can’t perform their reaction should be of joy since their new discovery if trained properly will lead them to even greater potential. Agatsu Movement Challenge Week 43! This weeks #movementchallenge is for everyone who loves #handstands & wants to increase their pressing strength. “Box Presses” will challenge your straight arm & anterior chain strength. Start with your hands on a box and your feet close together. The further in you place your hands the easier the movement. With STRAIGHT arms press down and pull your toes up along the box. Your goal is to pull all the way until you are standing on the box. Remember arms and legs stay straight. For regression just work to your max height & mark it. Try 3 sets of 10. HOW DID YOU DO?
