Cossack Squat

If you want to move better you need to practice moving better. This weeks Agatsu movement challenge will test your squat flexibility with the added bonus of a lateral push & pull. From a squat extend one leg into a Cossack Squat, pull with extended leg as you push off of the bent leg to travel laterally across the floor.
