Alternating Hinge & Squat Swing Combo

Aha! A kettlebell combo that works the entire lower body.

Start with a regular swing, then when the kettlebell comes back and with loaded hips, pop yourself down into a partial squat. Alternate this quad killer in between every regular swing for a kettlebell workout like no other.
