Get ready for this week’s Agatsu Movement Minute…Hot Potato Squats!!!

This fun little stability exercise is a great way to light up your core & shoulders while you work on your squat.

Using a light to medium bell pass it from side to side. The narrower your hands, the easier it will be. The wider your hands the harder.

Try out it tabata style & with a friend for best results.
