Try this Compass Lunge Reach Drill
This lil drill will test your standing and reaching leg like whoa
Aim to reach and tap the toe- and return to single leg balance.
This isn’t a LUNGE- it’s a reach- that’s what challenges the reaching hip.
A- try to make it all the way around- 8 reaches- without resting the reaching leg
B- go for two circles but be prepared for a foot burn
