Start with your feet hip distance apart & in a narrow split stance. . Push through your feet to initiate the movement as you reach wide with both arms. . To regress the movement place your back heel against a wall. . To progress the movement, take a longer split stance and reach further down your back leg. . Try these diagonal stretches out before you train, after you jits, while you make coffee or in your sleep…you get the point.
