    30 seconds of each

    -Hinge and Squat Swing Combo
    -Diagonal Snatches each side
    -Around The Body
    -Hinge and Squat Swing Combo
    -Double Bottoms Up Over Press
    -Dancing in between rounds optional but highly encouraged

    * Rest 1 minute between rounds.
