Welcome to Agatsu 30 Day Kettlebell Challenge!

Congratulations on taking your first step towards moving and feeling better for life.

The Agatsu Team (Senior Instructors and Affiliate Gyms) have put together follow along kettlebell workouts just for you.

30 days, 30 Kettlebell workouts! Scale up, or scale down. The goal is to complete the 30 day challenge by making time for yourself and your training and getting your hands on your Kettlebells every day.

Be sure to work at your own pace. If something is too challenging back off a bit for that day and do a modified version of the exercise.

Feeling strong? Push a little harder on days when you feel like you have more to give.

Consistency not CRAZY is the key to progress.

Don’t skip any of the basic safety or intro videos!! Watch the welcome video and safety tips. Be sure to always work with good form. If you aren’t familiar with Kettlebell exercises you should get a Certified Agatsu Trainer to teach you the basics before you do these workouts. If you are already familiar and want to perfect your technique you should get access to our Online Kettlebell Prep Course. It covers the basics you need to be successful with this challenge.
