New to kettlebell training? Join us for this workshop and learn the foundations of the kettlebell deadlift, swing and clean. This workshop will be taught by Agatsu HQ and is suitable for every level.

Squat Like A Boss, Oct 31st, 10-11:30am EST

Are you struggling with Squats? Are your heels alway coming up? Does you back round? Have you tried everything to fix your Squat but nothing has worked? Stop struggling and start enjoying squatting again.

In this workshop we will show you how to better improve your flexibility to get into a deeper position, work on your mobility to better prepare your joints and your stability for overall control to build strength in the squat. Covering the common and not so common issues we will help you built a better squat from the ground up.
