This program is based off my own and many of my clients experiences when dealing with frustrations from work, no time for training, self care or life is just overwhelming. We all know that working out makes us healthier. But it is only part of the solution. Where most training programs fail or we fail to stick with them, is because they are not addressing the most important issue of changing our habits.

You can’t stick with something if you have no time in your day to do it. It just creates more stress and a feeling of failure.

In Routine Reset we address how you can create better habits one small step at a time. This makes things more manageable and helps you stick to your goals. After all if you change your habits, you create better relationships when it comes to sleeping and eating better, being physically active and with those around you.
