Squat Assessment

Tight hips and calves are a contributing factor in not being able to achieve a full depth squat.

Tight hips are also a major contributor to lower back pain. In this chapter we will look at ways in which to increase ranges of motion in the hips to help alleviate lower back pain and to deepen the squat position.

If you want to be able to squat like a pro, you must be able to acquire the proper position first.
