New to kettlebell training? Join us for this workshop and learn the foundations of the kettlebell deadlift, swing and clean. This workshop will be taught by Agatsu HQ and is suitable for every level.

Foundations of Movement

New to training? Unsure about where to start? This workshop is for you! 

We will go over body awareness mobility drills that will have you gaining better co-ordination and understanding of your body when performing exercise. 

We will also be covering essential stability techniques you need to know in order to make the most gains you can in your workouts and keep your body feeling great through out your day.

This workshop will be taught by Agatsu HQ and is suitable for every level.
