Welcome to Cycle 5 of the Beginner Foundations Program.
Each week you will receive access to new programming. Content is slowly released this way so that you do not feel overwhelmed or try to jump ahead. For the best results from this training it is important for you to follow as many of the training sessions as you can in the format that they are presented. Scale workouts to your level and take your time however do not try to jump head.
All solid foundations take time to build.
Our first cycle will build your GPP (General Physical Preparedness) foundation. Everything we will do in the future cycles will be built on the foundation we are laying down in this first section.
