Front Split Routine

Beginner Level Perform 3-5 sets, holding 10-30 seconds on last rep at your maximal range of motion. Intermediate Level Perform 3-5 sets, holding 30-60  seconds on last rep at your maximal range of motion. Over Splits- Advanced Perform 3-5 sets, holding 60-90  seconds on last rep at your maximal range of motion. Perform the same
