Be sure to use our Unlock and Load Method to gain greater range of motion in your practice. 1-Unlock your tissue by tractioning the movement for 5-10 reps. 2-Load the tissue with PNF technique. 3 sets of 10 second contraction of opposing muscle groups, then 10 seconds relax into further range of motion.
