Shoulder Band Routine #1   Pull Downs   Overhead Band Work -Keep hollow body position if preparing for handstands. -Keep 3 point stack (neutral spine) if preparing for overhead lifting   Rotator Cuff Routine  -make sure to maintain spinal stability -move from abduction and external rotation to adduction and internal rotation -face all 4 directions
