Try to perform 5 sets of 5 reps on each arm. Start with 3 sets of 3 reps to begin.   Regression One Arm Plank Holds 5 sets of 10 seconds each arm then perform Single Arm Inchworm with feet assistance 5 sets of 5 each arm *rest 60 seconds between sets
