Agatsu Movement Challenge Week 55!! It’s time to play with handstands for this weeks challenge. The “Straight arm straddle press” requires more than strength. You need flexibility and control to float your legs off the floor. From standing reach down to the floor and place your hands in front of you with your arms straight.
